Pokemon Fly Transitions v1.5

  • Added persistent per-player animation controls with /pft animation on, off, and status; operators can manage specific players
  • Added a configurable command exclusion list to disable animations for selected teleport commands
  • Added configurable transition invulnerability, enabled by default during the animation and for 3 seconds afterward
