Highlights

Security and permissions
- The editor now requires operator permission level 2 by default.
- Permissions are checked both when opening the editor and when saving changes.
- The required permission level can be changed in:
config/pokemon_editor-server.properties - Integrated-server owners are allowed by default.
- Invalid or unauthorized edit requests are rejected by the server.
Technical changes
- Introduced a shared multi-loader project structure.
- Added native Fabric networking, menu and item registration.
- Preserved compatibility with existing
poke_elements_editorPokémon data. - Removed unused legacy editor screens and the old incremental network packet.
- Added localized messages for successful saves, invalid data and denied access.
