Fixes:

• some crashes when trainers try to evolve their mobs
• might fix some other misc crashes as well, was unable to confirm via testing

Tweaks:

• Adjusts spawn rates for scyther, chansey, riolu
• Adjusts some plains/forest spawns to using categories instead of types
• Another pass at memory optimizations
• Mobs set to gather should do so more reliably, with less interference from other idle ai
• a bunch of textures were adjusted to be a bit friendlier on the GPU
