Fixes:

• #413 npcs should offer trades more reliably
• #415 the pokemob display gui should handle mega evolution better
• #417 this was a mod compatiblity related issue, but easy enough to fix on my end
• fossil stone loot should behave a bit better now
• a few misc crashes should be gone as well

• some adjustments to backend explosion code
