Added shiny breeding improvements:

• Eggs can now hatch as shiny through regular breeding odds.

• Added Masuda-style shiny breeding:
  Breeding Pokémon from different original trainers gives improved shiny odds.

• Added Crystal-style shiny breeding:
  Breeding with one shiny parent gives improved shiny odds.
  Breeding with two shiny parents gives even better shiny odds.

• Shiny breeding methods can stack together.
  Example: different trainers + shiny parents = higher shiny chance.

• Added server-configurable shiny breeding rates.

Also improved breeding cycle stability:

• Fixed an issue where changing the egg cycle time could cause breeding timing to behave incorrectly.
• Egg cycle timing should now respect the configured value more reliably.
