New Frog Launcher Item! And some bugfixes:

Content: (credit to serene_cori9265089 he suggested this cool feature in the discord server)

Frog Launcher: This new tool can be used to launch frogs, to launch them you must have a frog bowl on your offhand and the frog launcher in your main hand, then you have to right click, this will put your desiered frog on your frog launcher, then press right click again to launch the frog! When the frog lands it will create a area where the frogs poison will be applyed.

I have to update the poison codex...

Bug Fixes:

When placing frogs with frog bowls they could easly suffocate in the block, this is partially fixed now.
