POIs and Raid Bosses 1.1.1

Fixed
- Fixed a file-syncing issue where the previous build shipped without the full feature set wired in. This release rebuilds cleanly from source so **every** documented feature is present and working.

Features (all live in this build)

Admin control
- Create, configure, and delete fully custom Points of Interest, each bound to a block.
- `/poi list` and `/poi info <name>` to review your full setup at a glance.

Sacrifice system
- Require a specific item to trigger a raid, consumed from the player's hand on start.

- Enemies spawn at a set interval, kept topped up to a target headcount. The count stays hidden from players (threat level always reads UNKNOWN).

Configurable rewards
- Define reward stacks dropped on a win.
- Three payout modes: `all` (every reward), `one` (one guaranteed, player picks which on the panel), or `chance` (gamble for one, may get nothing).

Player UI
- Right-click a POI block to open a panel showing its name, challenge description, rewards, and Start / Exit options.

Raid modes
- Timer mode: survive the duration while waves attack.
- Boss mode: a countdown runs, the boss emerges from the ground, slay it to win. Minions respawn until the boss falls. Optional last-hit rule hands the loot to whoever lands the killing blow.
- Guard mode (new): a boss and a ring of minions stand watch over the POI and auto-spawn when a player approaches, no sacrifice needed. Slay the guardian to claim the loot. Guardians persist in the world, survive restarts without duplicating, and re-arm after a cooldown.

Quality-of-life
- Per-player real-world retrigger cooldowns that survive server restarts.
- Custom boss names, spawn-countdown labels, entry messages, and victory broadcasts.
- Server-wide title or chat announcements when a raid begins and ends.
