What's new

What's new:
- Added a settings menu (opens with the Z key)
- Added language support (changes directly in-game)
- Chat customization: you can now set separate colors for success and error messages
- Added a teleport sound (CHORUS_FRUIT_TELEPORT) when using /home

Fixes:
- The /sethome command no longer requires a home name (strict limit of 1 home per player)
- Command messages are now sent directly by the server (fixed chat display bugs)
- Removed unnecessary arguments from /deletehome and /home
