instead of every mob in a single legion swarming whatever you attacked last, when you attack with or are attacked while holding a banner, the legion corresponding to your held banner will reallocate pets that are attacking other targets to come attack this mob instead.

it prioritizes pets that have no target or are sharing a target with another pet, and closer pets will be reallocated first. The maximum number of pets that can be reallocated at once is equal to half of the biggest group of pets that share a single target. This means if you attack or get attacked by many different mobs simultaneously, your legion will try to spread out and balance numbers between each attacking group to handle all threats at once.
