Version 1.2: Model Overhaul!

-Tweaked the model a lot to make the dweller seem more... Injured!

-Added a brand new dweller looked at sound and chase music (spotted.ogg).

#KNOWN BUGS:

-Crawl animation is completely broken and has the dweller neck floating.

-Dweller spotted animation code is set to HOLD_AT_LAST_FRAME instead of LOOP, this causes the animation of the dweller waving at you completely break. A known bug since V1.0 .
