Allows modpack devs to ship optional mods and mods that are disabled by default.
What's new
- Added the ability for entries to specify additional mods to load and files to copy.
- Added important groups. If you prefix a group name with ! it becomes an important group. You can't disable every mod in an important group.
- Grouped mods now display on the list with radio buttons instead of checks/crosses
