Description
โค๏ธ PlayerReviveFabric
Death is not the end. Someone can still bring you back.
PlayerReviveFabric adds a clean, immersive downed & revive system to Minecraft Fabric servers.
Instead of instantly dying, players fall into a critical state where any nearby player can rush in and revive them before the timer runs out.
Built for SMPs, survival events, roleplay servers, boss fights, creator servers, adventure maps, and multiplayer modpacks.
๐ Why This Mod Makes Multiplayer Better
Minecraft deaths can be brutal.
One creeper.
One bad jump.
One boss hit.
One chaotic event where half the server drops in seconds.
Normally, that moment ends instantly.
With PlayerReviveFabric, it becomes a moment players actually remember.
A player goes down.
The timer starts.
Someone nearby has to decide:
Do I run away... or do I risk it and save them?
That tiny decision creates panic, clutch saves, funny screams in voice chat, and the kind of multiplayer moments that make servers feel alive.
๐ฌ What It Adds
๐ฉธ Downed State Instead of Instant Death
When a player takes lethal damage, they enter a downed state instead of dying immediately.
They are not safe, but they are not gone yet.
The revive timer starts, and now every second matters.
โณ Configurable Revive Timer
Downed players only have a limited amount of time before they die normally.
Server owners can adjust the timer to match the experience they want:
- More forgiving for casual SMPs
- More intense for hardcore-style servers
- Balanced for boss fights and events
- Faster-paced for minigames
- More dramatic for roleplay servers
๐ค Anyone Can Revive
Any nearby player can interact with a downed player to begin reviving them.
No confusing team restrictions.
No complicated setup.
No weird permissions for normal gameplay.
Just get close, interact, and bring them back before it is too late.
๐ฌ Critical State Chat
Downed players can still communicate using the revive screen.
They can:
- Ask for help
- Share coordinates
- Warn others about danger
- Tell someone to hurry up
- Panic dramatically while everyone watches the timer drop
Because yes, screaming "I'M DOWN, HELP!" is part of the experience.
๐จ Immersive UI
PlayerReviveFabric includes a custom downed screen and revive progress feedback.
The goal is simple:
Make the revive system feel like it belongs in Minecraft multiplayer, not like a random command added on top.
๐ Multilanguage Support
Included languages:
- ๐บ๐ธ English
- ๐ช๐ธ Spanish - Spain
- ๐ฒ๐ฝ Spanish - Mexico
๐ฅ Moments This Mod Creates
PlayerReviveFabric is built for the kind of moments people talk about after the session ends.
๐ง Zombie Apocalypse Servers
A player gets surrounded.
Someone has to push through the horde and revive them before it is too late.
๐ Boss Fights
The boss knocks multiple players down.
People start reviving each other while trying not to get deleted too.
๐ฅ Creator SMPs
More panic.
More reactions.
More dramatic saves.
More clips.
๐ฐ Factions & War Events
A player drops during a fight.
Reviving them could turn the battle around.
๐ Hardcore-Inspired Servers
Death still matters, but players get one last chance if someone reaches them in time.
๐บ๏ธ Adventure Maps & Modpacks
Adds tension to exploration, dungeons, combat encounters, and cooperative progression.
๐ ๏ธ How It Works
1. A Player Goes Down
When a player receives lethal damage, they enter the downed state.
They are not dead yet, but the timer is ticking.
2. Someone Tries to Help
Any nearby player can reach the downed player and start the revive interaction.
3. The Revive Begins
Both players receive clear progress feedback while the revive is happening.
If the revive completes, the downed player gets back up.
4. Back Into the Action
After being revived, the player returns with a configurable amount of health.
But be careful:
Getting revived does not mean the danger is gone.
โ๏ธ Configuration
PlayerReviveFabric generates its config file here:
config/playerrevivefabric/revive_config.json
| Option | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
defaultReviveTicks |
2400 |
Total time before a downed player dies. Minecraft runs at 20 ticks per second, so the default value is 2 minutes. |
reviveHealthPercentage |
0.5 |
Percentage of max health restored after being revived. 0.5 means 50% health. |
