- A trade offer arrives in the notice tray, with Accept and Decline on it.
- Chat only ever carried one [Accept], so turning an offer down meant ignoring it.
- Saying no is an answer now, and the person who asked is told so.
- A trade is no longer turned down for want of room when part-full stacks would have taken it.
