Player Quest Board
This is a Quest Board that allows users to publish their own quests for other players to do, you can submit rewards and when the job is complete you confirm it's finished.

- Gather quests now have a Deposit button. Hand in items a bit at a time and the progress bar fills as you go. In Team mode everyone's deposits add up.
- Deposited items go into a collection box on the quest when it's done. The poster opens it like a chest and can take things out whenever. The quest sticks around until the box is empty.
- If a quest gets taken down, you leave it, or you lose a race, you get your deposited items back.
- Removed the Deliver goal since Gather does the same thing now. Old Deliver quests turn into Gather quests.
- Fixed finished quests showing as 0/20 with an empty bar for everyone except the person who finished it.
- The poster can now see how far along a Gather quest is.
