Fixes double plants not being placeable at all.
Adds russian localization.
Fixes chinese localization, the file wasn't lowercase before.
Removes the datafixes for the old->new crystal plants.  Do not update a world from 2.5.0 to 2.7.0, save the world with 2.6.x beforehand.
Added a hardness to the jar.
Added JEI info to the Brewing Cauldron, Flowerpot, Plant Jar, and Plantball.
Made the default color for the Brewing Cauldron closer to water.
Removed legacy data fix for the flowerpot.
Fixed the Brewing Cauldron having a white bottom texture.
