Added Dynamic Wool
Fixed client-side-only dependency; now works on dedicated servers.
Build tool tooltip now shows what is inside (thanks to XerainGaming for the suggestion)

Caveats

- Updating from older Gizmos versions causes ID conflicts. This is fixed in v2.1.1, which is currently up for approval by the CurseForge staff,

- Super fire and forest fire display horribly wrong. As far as I know there's not much I can do about this.
