Bug fix
- Fixed: a hopper or pipe pulling from a machine made it think its contents changed every tick. In Hostile Neural Networks this kept restarting a Simulation Chamber's run and used up all its Prediction Matrices within seconds. Hoppers and pipes now only take what the machine allows (its outputs), as in the original.
