Changed time needed to mach run from 5 seconds per level, to 2 seconds

Taunt button has a 5 tick cooldown, and now only has a chance of playing the scream sound effect

Added delay for mach outline to spawn so it doesn't clip through first person view

 

After testing it, I didn't like how slow falling felt after super jumping, so I didn't add it. Trolled.
