Added Parry, which is activated when taunting

   Parry opportunity is 0.25 seconds after taunting (pretty much have to time it well)

Added Super Jump

   Crouch while Mach Running to give you a 1 second opportunity to jump about 14 blocks high!

Added Mach Trail

   Trail of red and green glowing entities spawn behind you as you Mach Run

 

Changed Mach Run so that you no longer can activate it while crouching
