Fixes a major bug with pivot moves not dealing damage in Pixelmon 9.1.9. Also fixes a minor crash bug.
Description
Pixelmon 9.1.9 introduced a major bug that causes pivot moves (u-turn, volt switch) to not deal damage. This sidemod fixes that, and also fixes another minor crash bug that occurs when sending out pokemon.
Built to be used in servers, but also works as a client-side singleplayer fix.
