Flintlock Pistol: A single-shot weapon made of oxidized brass. Deals massive damage.
Magic Compass: Doesn't point north! Use it to find the nearest shipwrecks. Follow your instincts (and the coordinates!).
Rum Bottle: The pirate's liquid courage. It regenerates your health instantly, but be prepared to see the world sway with the Nausea effect! Warning: if you use the forge version the compass and the gun are bugged: the compass doesn't work and the gun fires infinite shots.
