Datapack now works on the latest version of Minecraft

Updated guns to use new GBG format

All Pipe Guns now have the benefits of GBG V1.24 Notably, gun aiming and extended stats

Added /function give:all_pipe_guns and /function give:all_pipe_ammo give functions

Helpful for debugging and for seeing all of the features of the pack at a glance

Tweaked gun stats

Many gun stats have been tweaked slightly; mostly buffs

Fixed guns facing wrong direction in inventory

All other guns face towards the player, but the Pipe Guns were facing away
