Adds some configurations that allow the user to tweak some properties of Phantom spawns
Description
Phantom spawn tweaks is a simple mod that allows you to tweak the spawning rules for phantoms. It primarily changes them to spawn less frequently based on the difficulty you are playing on.
By default easy mode takes 7 days, normal 5 and hard mode has the vanilla 3 days without rest. These can be changed in the config to allow configuration.
Unlike the base game, this mod makes the time since rest is only incremented if the player is in a dimension with sky light. (which makes it far less punishing to go to other dimensions) This mod makes phantoms less annoying overall as compared to the vanilla game as they don't spawn nearly as frequently.
