While we have implemented an automatic migration system for existing Petstones, we strongly recommend backing up your world before updating just to be safe. As an extra precaution, we also advise "collecting" your active Petstones and keeping them in your inventory prior to installing this new version.

Petstone Update: The "Recall " Update

This major update introduces a long-awaited teleportation system, a complete AI overhaul, and new strategic layers to your pet management. Your Petstones are now smarter and more reliable than ever.

🧭 New Feature: The Recall Compass

Never lose your companions again. The Recall Compass is here to change the way you explore.

Teleportation: Teleportation: Right-clicking the Recall Compass will instantly warp any distant tamed Petstones to your feet.

Texture & Recipe Update: The texture and recipe of the original "Link Stone" have been changed to the "Recall Compass" (existing items will be updated automatically). The recipe for the new Link Stone is now Obsidian and Redstone, as shown in the media gallery and in-game guide.

🧠 AI Overhaul: Smarter & Safer Companions

We have completely rebuilt the Petstone AI to ensure they can keep up with even the most advanced adventurers.

Oceanic Warping: Petstones can now warp through water. No more losing your pets at sea or watching them struggle to follow you across vast oceans.

Elytra Support: High-speed travel is no longer an issue. Your Petstones are now capable of following you even when you are soaring through the skies with an Elytra.

Gentle Movement: We’ve removed player-pushing collisions. You can now walk through dangerous areas or narrow ledges without the fear of your pets accidentally nudging you into the abyss.

Improved Combat: The combat AI has been refined to better reflect the player's intent, making them much more responsive in battle.

✨ Rarity-Based Link Effects

Special effects are now granted based on the Rarity of the linked block. Blocks with an "Epic" rarity might give you some truly powerful buffs!(Note: We plan to add even more detailed special effects in future updates.)

⚖️ Balance & Optimization

To improve game performance and introduce more strategic decision-making, we have implemented a new limit:

Link Limit: Each player can now have a maximum of 4 active block links at a time.This change ensures a smoother gameplay experience by reducing server load while encouraging players to carefully choose their most valuable links.
