For this feature to work, you need to break and re-place all pre-existing Chunk Loaders.
Alright, I think Persistent Bits is about as done as it's going to be, so I've bumped up the version to 1.0.0 - I've been using this version on my own personal 1.10.2 Singleplayer world and it's been working just fine.
