Changes :
- New dimension : Permafrostwood forest (overworld type).
- Permafrost grass top texture are same of snow one.
- Iced flint and steel texture are changed (leftover are for the new dimension).

 

Bugs fixed :
- Vanilla animals may spawn now on permafrost grass and dirt.
