-added netherrack variant of Celestial Bronze Ore and Stygian Iron Ore
-added deepslate variant of Celestial Bronze Ore and Stygian Iron Ore
-Added Cooldown to Hades's Godly Power
-Redid Cooldown text for Zeus and Thalia
-fixed icon not appearing for Thalia's cooldown effect
-added ore generation for overworld and nether
-slightly decreased max number of ingots received from mining celestial bronze or stygian iron (9 -> 7)
