Peon 1.2.1 — the interface update
An idle mining game that runs inside Minecraft. You get a plot, a rock face and a pickaxe; everything else you build.
New in this build
- Every screen repainted with a new interface kit: green for the action, grey for what you cannot afford yet, red for what you cannot undo. Item cells, rarity frames, tabs, gauges.
- You can see what an upgrade does before you pay. Every button says what it adds per second; the elevator and depot show their rate before and after; each floor lists its crew and when the next miner arrives; hover a floor to read the full breakdown of its income.
- The tutorial, rebuilt: eight steps in the order the game actually works, a rule on every card, and two full-screen moments — hiring your first miner, then paying him better.
- Signposts in the world: an arrow over the target, footsteps on the ground to get there, an amber mark over any station you can afford right now.
- Talk to the foremen. Click Maurice, Basile or Oscar in the hangar: each opens his own card with level, before -> after and a pay button.
- Crates now spin a reel that slows down and stops on your prize.
- A pickaxe shop that shows the one you hold and the next one, the swing multiplier before and after, and the ladder of all forty.
- Six heavy charges for sale at the vendor: mega dynamite, drill, floor cutter, shaft charge, fan charge, seismic.
- New main menu background, a server-list button in case the direct address fails, no more hearts or hunger bar, numbers formatted the same on every machine, the elevator no longer pins you in place.
