PCA Shop 0.1.0 (first release)

• Shop Counter: right-click to browse and buy with your PCA Currency wallet (shift-click for 5). Works in adventure mode.
• Student shops: sell your own stock, and the money goes into your wallet (even when you're offline).
• Teacher shops: unlimited stock, and they can buy items from players to pay for jobs.
• Editing: add the item you're holding with a price and amount, set prices, stock up, take stock back, remove items and rename the shop.
• Floating items above the counter show what it sells.
• Protection: only the owner or a teacher can edit or break a shop. Breaking a student shop drops its stock.
• Permissions: pcashop.own and pcashop.admin.
• Every sale is written to the server log.
