*Fixed Time Wand on servers
*Fixed Weather Wand on servers
*Fixed Light Wand not breaking block on top of the block clicked. Instead it placed the light source on the block clicked
*Fixed Nether Start tools losing durability from hitting an entity.
*Fixed Stone, Gold, Iron, Diamond and Netherite Bows. (Weren't registered)
*Fixed, Hammers and Excavators work with Apotheosis. (isEffectiveOnBlock() now uses the real player instead of a fake one)
