Past the Grave

This mod adds the revive mechanic from Don't Starve into Minecraft. 

Touch Stone

Touch stones are pretty rare, but can be found everywhere in the overworld. They offer the ability to revive without any downsides unlike meaty effigy

Meaty Effigy

Can be crafted unlike the touch stone, but offers a downside. After linking it to yourself you recieve a debuff that removes 4 hearts until the effigy is used/destroyed. Also after dying you can teleport to meaty effigy, unlike the touch stone, which you will need to fly to.

Both of these revive methods are 1 time use. Also keep in mind, that both touch stones/effigies can only be used once you have linked them to yourself and they can't be used by other people.
