Passive Skill Tree Additions

New Features

1. Configurable Button Position:

   • Added a configuration option to allow players to customize the position of the Passive Skill Tree button in the inventory screen.
   • Configuration file located in the config folder allows for easy adjustment of the button's X and Y coordinates.
   • Default Position: Bottom right of the player model in the inventory screen.

2. Tooltip for Passive Skill Tree Button:

   • Added a tooltip that displays "Passive Skill Tree" when hovering over the button in the inventory screen.
   • Enhances user experience by providing immediate feedback and information about the button's functionality.
