This adds some stuff for map building including:
Gamerules
Allowgamemodekey
you can use this to deactivate the Gamemode keybind.
Blocks
PRK4
YouTube logo Bock. Doesn't have a use yet.
Keybinds
Gamemodekeybind
Use this to switch between creative and survival.
Effects
Loading effect
Makes it so that all you can see is a loading screen.
No hunger
You don't have to worry about hunger, but you won't heal super-fast like saturation.
