-Added a new block: "Sugar block"

-Now the Antitters will be a pacific mob instead of mortal insect surrounding us ;v. (But be careful they still have a poisonus body, don't try to take advantage of them)

-Reduce the amount of Antitters spawn count and weight.

-Now the Antitters have a purpose and they are not a simple decoration, since for those who do not like to kill mobs, this is now one of the best to gain experience, but in exchange for the experience, their lives have been increased (x3) and they no longer drop watermelon seeds and sugar cane, apart from that you will need a good mending enchantment if you want to keep your sword intact ;D (Obviously as they are arthropods the enchantment against them will also help you).

-The mod only adds mobs, i say... buuutt in this case i had to make an exception since the ants' ai was half confused or did not work very well when putting a path finding because they are made to follow their group as a herd. That is why I have created this small block that serves to "attract" them, and if you saw it on the one hand it makes sense, the sugar block!.

-Sugar block: This block acts as a small spawner but can only be used on the surface and not in any other dimension! Apart from that, it must have an air block above so they can be attracted, this basically works if you find that YOU HAVE BEEN INVADED! Well, you can cover it so as not to attract their attention .w. right away.

(This intend to make them more usable, and this takes the burden off me of creating another mod to balance the lack of experience in my world since there are few mods that can be used to gain experience without the cost of a good resource ;D)
