Issue with dedicated server crash at startup. Issue #10
Resolved the issue with the way the custom item property for the Glazing Tool was being registered. Also found (and resolved) that the Glazing Tool was not handling mode changes properly on dedicated servers.

One note: In past versions, if a player had more than one Glazing Tool, their modes would be synchronized (they had player global state). This update changes this to be stored per item.
