🐍 What is Pandoras Creatures?

Pandoras Creatures is a mod that brings a new level of challenge and exploration to Minecraft, adding a wide variety of new creatures to the game world. Each creature features custom 3D models and animations crafted with great detail and dedication. Some creatures are friendly, others are dangerous, and many of them have unique variants. If you plan to try this mod, it is recommended to approach creatures with caution until you learn more about them, as not all of them are friendly to the player. You will be able to explore, fight, and tame new creatures across all biomes and dimensions in the game.

🦎 Overworld Creatures

Arachnon
A creature that appears to be a combination of a Golem and a Spider. It spawns at night in Plains and Mountain biomes. It is a very dangerous creature that can be considered a mini-boss. Defeating it drops the Arachnon Hammer, a tool capable of breaking a 3x3 area of blocks, perfect for mining.

Crab
A peaceful creature that spawns on Beaches and Warm Oceans. Killing it can yield crab meat to eat. It has some special quirks: it dances near a jukebox (just like parrots in vanilla Minecraft), and it can be captured with a water bucket just like tropical fish. It also has a hidden Easter Egg if you name it in a certain way.

Seahorse
Spawns in Warm, Lukewarm, and Normal Oceans. It exists in 10 color variants and 5 random sizes, giving a total of 55 different combinations. It can be captured with a water bucket and when placed back it won't despawn, making it ideal for decoration. It drops Raw Seahorse which can be cooked or eaten as-is.

Acidic Archvine
A dangerous plant that can spawn in Jungles and in the Nether. When the player walks beneath it, the plant grabs them with its tongue and pulls them upward to digest them. The Nether version has a more fiery and dark appearance.

Bufflon
A huge bull-like creature that spawns in cold and snowy biomes such as Tundra, Snowy Mountains, and Frozen Rivers. It can be tamed using a Bundle of Herbs. Once tamed, it can be ridden and equipped with different accessories: Saddle (required to control it while riding), Passenger Seats (allows carrying up to 2 additional players), Small Storage (grants inventory space and 1 extra seat), Large Saddle (maximizes available storage space).

🔥 Nether Creatures

Hellhound
A hostile creature that spawns throughout the Nether. Individually they are not very strong, but their danger lies in attacking in large groups. As skeletal Nether creatures, they are completely immune to fire. There is a small chance that a special version will spawn: the Hellhound Wither, larger and more powerful.

Acidic Archvine (Nether version)
The same predatory plant from the Overworld, but in its infernal variant. It spawns in the Nether with a darker and more fiery aesthetic, with the same behavior of grabbing the player with its tongue.

👾 End Creatures

End Troll
A mysterious creature that was locked away in a prison in the End long ago. Defeating it allows you to obtain fragments of its skin, which can be used to craft the new End Troll Boxes. The prison structure generates randomly in the End, similar to End Cities. Finding it is quite a challenge.

🛡️ Notable Items

Arachnon Hammer: A tool obtained by killing Arachnons. It breaks a 3x3 area of blocks, ideal for mining large areas quickly.

Crab Bucket: Obtained by right-clicking on a crab with a water bucket. Stores the mob just like fish buckets in vanilla.

Bundle of Herbs: A craftable item used to tame and heal the Bufflon. The 3 plants needed to craft it spawn in Mountain, Plains, and Swamp biomes.

Bufflon Saddle: Can be obtained by exploring world chests or trading with a high-level Leatherworker Villager.

End Troll Boxes: Craftable boxes using materials from the End Troll, useful as decorative or storage blocks.
