Fixed - Block - Fruits now disappear along with leaves when a tree is cut down

Fixed - Block - Log fruits are now solid

Fixed - Config - Dimension config uses dimension identifiers rather than raw IDs, black list check has been simplified with a better check for a valid identifier

Fixed - Block - Saplings no longer cause stack overflow
