Fixed - Block - Garden's should no longer be solid

Fixed - Config - Dimension config uses dimension identifiers rather than raw IDs, black list check has been simplified with a better check for a valid identifier

Fixed - Mod Compatibility - Waila/HWYLA should no longer call crops wheat seeds

Fixed - Texture - Sweet potatoes shouldn't have weird white oultline
