-Added two new tools, the magna-wrench and the thunder-caster

 

-Magna-wrench rotates blocks to face the same N/S/E/W direction as the player (useful for observers!)

-The Thunder-Caster allows the user to cast lightning, useful for hidden activation of contraptions using a lightning rod!

-Also added a new ore, magnetite, which is used as a crafting ingredient in the new tools. It only generates at deepslate levels.

-Magnetite ingots are used to craft the stoner (cobblestone generator) also.

-Added a Basalt generator.
