This is a BETA RELEASE and should only be used for testing purposes. It shouldn't break anything, but it only includes vanilla blocks at the moment.

Changed blocks config files from csv to json. The main reason for this is that I am replacing metadata with block properties, since that will be the norm going forward. (Block metadata is completely gone in Forge for 1.13.) You can also now add block instability values. Documentation for all the new and changed fields is coming soon.

When adding instability values for blocks, it will take Mystcraft several minutes upon starting up a new or existing world to profile all of that information against the overworld. You will probably notice no instability effects from instability-producing blocks during this period of time.
