Fixed compatibility with Botania CEu. Now, modifying the return items of the Runic Altar through the config file will also apply to the packaged Runic Altar.

Fixed an issue where, when Botania Tweaks adds a recipe for the Terra Plate and replaces the recipe after completion, the packaged Terra Plate fails to replace the block successfully.
