Added

• Titles: config/oxycarbide/title/titles.json, with named / RGB / gradient colours; /titles create|get|wear|clear. Shown in chat and above the head, without using vanilla teams.
• Sidebar: per-player JSON scoreboard (scoreboard/scoreboard.json) with title, bold, objectives, stats, counters, money and sorting, up to 15 lines, without touching /scoreboard.
• Menus: JSON chest GUIs with /menu, /menu_default, /menu_create, /menu_list and /menu_reload.
• Shop command items: new type: "command" entry that runs a command with server permissions and replaces %player% with the buyer, so shops can sell operator commands such as /titles get.
• Rule DisplayOfflinePlayerScoreboard (default false): the sidebar lists offline players too.

Changed

• While the Oxycarbide sidebar is on, vanilla /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar ... is refused with an "occupied" message.
• Adapted to the 26.3 scoreboard API (listPlayerScores(ScoreHolder) keyed by Objective, getTrackedPlayers() returning ScoreHolder).
• Added title_text.json, sidebar_text.json and menu_text.json; 19 text files per language; README updated in English and Chinese.

Ports

• All 9 ports now include menus, titles, shop command items, config nodes, tab completion and docs.
• Adapted for ClickType/ContainerInput, ItemStacks/DataComponents, ResourceLocation/Identifier, get/getValue and the 1.20.4 nullable score packet.
• 1.20.1 has no sidebar (the 1.20.3 score display API is missing); everything else works the same.
