Oxidizer

Added generic coverage for modded copper blocks / decorations that support oxidization steps. 

If all of the below conditions are met, the copper blocks will work with the oxidizer.

• Mods must include the four stages similar to that of vanilla to be covered and include the following in the names of the copper block's last three stages:
  
  • _exposed or exposed_
  • _weathered, weathered_, weatherd_, or _weatherd
  • _oxidized, oxidized_,  oxidised_, or _oxidised

Any waxed variants are now automatically excluded from eligability. 

Improved overall performance of the mod, especally in packs with large variations of copper blocks.
