- Optimized Smithing Anvils so it won't consume so much server thread anymore
- Added new configs for modifying tools' mining speed per quality
- Leather Armors that spawn from loot chests won't have quality anymore
- Disabled the custom config screen entirely due to it just being a pain to actually make work + the problems it brought
