• Adds /overmodify support for registered Tinkers' Construct modifiers and compatible add-ons.
• Added /overmodify remove <modifier> [amount|all] and /overmodify remove all.
• Fixed Lapis, Redstone, Quartz, Blaze, Smite, and other stack-progress modifiers so command amounts apply exact individual points.
• Lapis can progress beyond 450 points, gaining another Fortune or Looting level every additional 150 points.
• Removed duplicate modifier names from the list and command autocomplete.
• Improved automatic selection of the modifier variant compatible with the held tool, weapon, ammunition, armor, or accessory.
• Preserves existing modifiers, tool damage, and Iguana tool experience when removing command-applied modifiers.
