Outfox

Added compatibility with WAILA/HWYLA and The One Probe to display the currently searched-for block in the tooltip! As a bonus, the Creative Probe will also display the XYZ coordinates of the found block.
Added a check for whether a potential target block is inaccessible due to unbreakable blocks. Detection is not perfect, but should 99% prevent foxes from tracking ores that are sealed off inside the bedrock layer. This feature can be configured/disabled.
Made right-click handling smarter; the off hand will be ignored if the main hand successfully uses an item on the fox, and it is no longer necessary to have both hands completely empty to make a fox sit.
Foxes now remember the block they were told to search through world save/load. This should also extend to catching and releasing them with an item (e.g. golden lassos).
Foxes will now stop tracking blocks if they are too far beyond teleport-to-catch-up distance from their owner, or their owner is offline.
Foxes no longer trigger walking events while they are tracking a block, to prevent them from "activating" redstone ores they are tracking and getting confused.
Fixed a bug that caused foxes to enter tracking mode without a valid path and get stuck sniffing/making particles without moving.
The chance to tame foxes with each raw rabbit is now configurable. The default chance is now lower.
Forge 14.23.3.2678 is now a hard dependency and the mod will stop the game at load if using a lower version. (It should have been doing this from the beginning, but then I did a silly with my @Mod)
