A VERY small update to provide some visual fixes and balancing changes.
It is recommended to reset your Othertime config to see the changes to the plants.
Nerf: DRASTICALLY lowered default growth rates for plants.
Nerf: Increased hardness and resistance of Dialily to 1.0 (was 0.1)
Artwork: Improved lighting and texture for Dialily.
Nerf: Shrunk hitboxes of Dialily blocks to improve lighting.
Added new blocks: Tires! Tires are back! They're only decorational, but do provide a distinct look for vehicular builds. They are craftable in Survival and come in Thick and Thin variants!
