Othertime

Minor update:

Buffed inventory size of Trashbag: it can now hold up to 54 stacks of items (a double chest worth of items)! Still not the most secure or hygienic form of storage though...

Added the first plant of Othertime: The Bulbroot! These tall roots can be found almost anywhere in the Nether in small patches. Admittedly, they aren't very useful on their own. However, they are an abundant, renewable, eco-friendly light source, and they make great light posts! They can be placed on any solid block, and can be bonemealed to grow.

Major addition: Othertime now has a common configuration file! For now, it only allows for control over Bulbroot generation, but more controls will definitely be added later!
