- Makes use of the new OTG world provider settings to add fog, clouds at the bottom (instead of the top) of the map and other visual changes

- When OTG:Flatlands and OTG:Void presets are also installed, alongside the normal 'nether-portal' method of travelling to these dimensions players are also able to go between dimensions by traveling to Y255 or Y0, with Flatlands being the lowest dimension, Skylands the middle and Void at the top by default.
