Origins Bloom

decided to add one of these for once: -Reworded some powers descriptions to be more accurate -added a ThornBloom nerf that removed ranged damage as well while on fire. -currently figuring out how to organize the advancements so they don't take up their own slots. -fixed the inpain (choose bloom) advancement. -re-added sizes due to me forgetting to put them back in after having to remove them for a server. -added the ability to reconsider making the mod (it is prob still bugged, will look into that later)
